Organisation and management

The staff members are divided among the five Science teams and a Department secretariat:

The Department of Food Science is presently located at two AU centres - AU Foulum and AU Aarslev. As part of the restructuring of Aarhus University, it has been decided that the two department sites will be merged at a single site on the Aarhus University campus at the earliest by 2015.
