Master's Degree Programme in food, technology and nutrition

The Department of Food Science has the main responsibility for the Master’s degree programme Molecular Nutrition and Food Technology. The programme gives an understanding of the interplay between food product quality and human health. The students obtain insights in modern processing methods and their influence on food product properties, molecular biological knowledge and competences at the intersection between food technology, nutrition and food-related health.

Meet Anne Kathrine who studies molecular nutrition and food technology at Aarhus University. In the video she tells about her dream of contributing to launching new and better food products in Denmark and in the whole world.  Concurrently with her study she is FOOD Careers ambassador as she wants people to discover how important and exciting the food industry in Denmark is.
