I work with insect nutrition, primarily focusing on the species black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) and yellow mealworm (Tenebrio molitor). In addition, I am involved in regulatory advisory work, where we investigate the risks associated with feeding food waste to larvae that are subsequently intended for use as animal feed.
