As a postdoctoral researcher, my primary research focus lies in the field of inflammatory skin diseases. I investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms governing immune responses in the skin, with the aim of elucidating novel pathways involved in disease pathogenesis. The overarching goal of my research is to generate new insights that may ultimately inform the development of improved therapeutic strategies for patients affected by these conditions.
I hold a PhD in molecular medicine, and my doctoral research was conducted within the field of nutritional science. Specifically, I explored the nutritional properties and physiological effects of alternative protein sources, with an emphasis on their potential to support muscle protein synthesis. This interdisciplinary background has provided me with a broad expertise spanning immunology, dermatology, and nutrition science.
My primary area of research is inflammatory skin diseases, with a particular focus on the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways underlying disease development and progression.
