Farmer's Son: I grew up on an organic dairy farm and have also worked with free-range pigs and apple cider production, during my upbringing and early twenties.
PhD Student: My PhD project focuses on determining the environmental impact of innovative organic poultry production using life cycle assessments (LCA). Formerly, I have worked on mapping best practices for food labeling based on LCA in EU.
