I work as an HR-partner at Nat-Tech HR, where I support the Department of Food Science (FOOD), Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics (QGG), Administrative Centre Nat-Tech (IT and BYG) and the Science Museums at the Faculty of Technical Sciences and the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
Nat-Tech HR are offering advisory services and guidance to the units at the faculties and the faculty managements and are responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR area at Nat and Tech in relation to, among other things, recruitment, salaries, sickness, leaves of absence, employee retention, development and resignations.
