My research is motivated by a curiosity about what drives and excites food consumers today and how the food we buy, cook and eat affects our overall well-being.
To truly understand the problems consumers experience regarding eating behaviour and food choice, I believe having a multi-faceted understanding and broad-spectrum approach is key. Therefore, I greatly enjoy working in the cross-field between different sciences, including food and consumer science, psychology, neuroscience, and human nutrition.
