  1. Establish a network of researchers and stakeholders within meat production and research

  2. Identify knowledge and knowledge gaps within Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of meat, and disseminate to broader audience 2025

  3. Identify knowledge and knowledge gaps within the utilization of the full animal, and disseminate this to a broader audience

  4. Plan a PhD course on sustainable meat production 2026

  5. Complete the first PhD course

  6. Produce a review manuscript of sustainable meat production in the Nordic region

  7. Plan for continuation of the “NordMeat” network
