As part of CELLFOOD hub project, we are organising a workshop to kick-off the planned roadmap work and invite you to give your input to what the roadmap should contain, finding the best framework and to discuss how to reach the goals we set to the work.
Participation does not need preparation beforehand, we just need your views and expertise, and active participation in the discussions. We hope to gather experts from a diverse field of sciences, both from natural science/technology as well as from social science perspectives. If you know others at AU who would be interested in participating, please feel free to spread the word.
The workshop will be at the AU Conference centre (M2.3; room 1420-228) on Monday 27th October from 12.00 to 15.00. We will start with serving a lunch and then move to considering the future of cultivated meat and milk.
I hope to see many of you on the 27th October to discuss the future of cultivated food products.
Best, Liisa
On behalf of CELLFOOD hub
