Do you want to be a better grant writer, a more fluid presenter, and see your research make an impact beyond the lab? Then sign up for this joint seminar between AU Food and The Kitchen AU, where you will meet the founder of an impact agro spinout and learn how an impact mindset can affect your own career.

In this online seminar, we will discuss the importance of research beyond the walls of academia, such as its effect on communities, health, the environment, policy development, and/or the creation of a new product or service. You will consider how your own research impact can affect your communication and increase opportunities for entrepreneurship.

The program will consist of three parts:

-                         Introduction by Michelle Williams on AU Food and the entrepreneurial mindset

-                         Talk by Jan Mousing from the spinout Plantcarb Aps

-                         Discussion on research impact with Chantelle Driever from The Kitchen
