Are the national dietary guidelines used in the food service sector?


Do the public food service sector use the national dietary guidelines?



The Danish Food Agency have created national dietary guidelines aiming for professional public kitchens. These guidelines will soon be revised. However, there are no knowledge about whether these guidelines actually are followed in the professional kitchens.

Hence, the aim of this project is to gain knowledge about if and how the national dietary guidelines are implemented in professional public kitchens.

This project will include a questionnaire and interviews with kitchen.
