Communication strategies for ultra-processed food


Do you want to be involved in the debate about ultra-processed food? Then, this is a project for you



There is currently a debate about ultraprocessed food – how they should be defined, what the consumers know about ultraprocessed food and how their knowledge affect their eating habits. The aim of this project is to explore which communication strategies that are the best to inform the consumers about ultraprocessed food. 

This will be investigated using either surveys or qualitative studies with adult Danish consumers.
