The overall aim of this Healthy Ageing is to obtain fundamental insight in the influence of the sensory, the product and packaging cues of high-protein dairy products on acceptance, emotion and the behaviour among healthy older adults to identify the most important drivers and barriers for consumption of high-protein dairy products.
Hence this master project can focus on one of the following elements:
- To investigate the effect of the sensory profile and protein content on the acceptance of dairy products among elderly
- To investigate the effect of product format or packaging of dairy products on acceptance of dairy products among elderly
- To investigate which implicit methods that are suitable to measure acceptance of dairy products among elderly
