FOODHAY: Open Innovation FOOD & Health Laboratory research infrastructure.
The consortium partners listed below, applied for and cofunded the establishment of FOODHAY research infrastructure as part of the Danish Roadmap for Research infrastructure (2015-2020).
In 2019, the FOODHAY grant of 51.5 M DKK (6.9 M Euro) was awarded by the Danish Ministry of Higer Education and Science, and this was cofunded by the consortium partners with 51.5 M DKK (6.9 M Euro). This success resulted in the establishment of a new Danish research infrastructure called FOODHAY.
The establishment of FOODHAY was completed Dec. 2023,
