FTIR spectra of electrospun xanthan nanofibers, xanthan - Gallic acid (GA) nanofibers, xanthan -(?)-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) nanofibers, GA, and EGCG (Molecular Pharmaceutics, 11, 2019).
FTIR spectra shows the interactions between the amino groups from chitosan and the phospholipid counterparts. (Int. J. Pharm. 2016, 510, 48).
