During Sensory research, this is a training tool for the assessors (max 14) when evaluating food products for any relevant project. This is where the first stage of the Sensory evaluation of products takes place, before moving to the booths for individual and objective assessment.

With this table, the discussion room can be instantly converted into 12 (+2 side) individual tasting booths for each of the assessors.
The table is also used for Consumer Research for Focus/ Discussion groups. The table here is the tool for initiating discussion among the consumers and potentially exposing them to the food products that are in focus.
